Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign in?
Open the app or website and sign in with Google, or choose "Use email instead" to sign in with your email address and password. The same account works on the app and the website.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the code we email you to set a new one.
How do I change my name or username?
In the app, go to Account → Edit profile. Usernames are unique, so if the one you want is taken we suggest free ones.
How do I join a quiz event?
Quiz events are played in the Neuvisto app. Scan the QR code shown at the event, or open the event link, then sign in and enter the join code. Your past events and report cards are under Account → Your quiz events.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Notifications are controlled from your phone's settings for the Neuvisto app.
